Returns Policy

Atomizers and cartomizers have a "dead on arrival" warranty, please notify us within 24 hours if you have a problem with either of these items. 

All our products are thoroughly checked and tested before being shipped out to our customers but we also know there is a small chance that a product could arrive dead or faulty, if this is the case inform us immediately and we will resolve the issue as fast as we possibly can.

We are sorry to say that we cannot accept e-liquid returns once the bottle has been opened.
